The 201 8 Shanghai International Overseas Education Study Abroad Exhibition
will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on December
1 5-1 7, 201 8 in conjunction with the Shanghai International Overseas

一条 KT 板中英文楣板、 洽谈圆桌一张、 4 把椅子； 资料桌一个、 椅子两把； 地
毯、 220V (电源插座一个、 射灯两只）。
A.Standard booth: 3X3=9 ㎡ 2800 RMB/㎡ Foreign company: 3900USD/9 ㎡
(Booth configuration: one KT board in English and Chinese, one round table,
four chairs; one table and two chairs; carpet, 220V (power supply) One socket,
two spotlights).
B、 特装展位： 2500 元人民币/㎡， （室内光地 36 ㎡起租， 不提供任何配置， 展
商可自 行安排特殊装修或 委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）；

参展程序
Exhibitor program
A、 填写《参展申请表》 加盖公章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会； 参展单位需按付
款通知的要求， 于 7 个工作日 内交付展位费的 50%作为定金（人民币）， 以落实
展台位置； 展位费的余额于 2018 年 11 月 1 日 前付清， 欢迎一次性付清。 否则，
主办单位将视其放弃参展， 参展企业报名后中途退展， 参展费用概不退还。
A. Fill in the “Application Form for Participation” and post or fax it to the
Organizing Committee after the official seal is signed; the exhibitor must
deliver 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 7 working days as
required by the payment notice. Booth location; the balance of the booth fee
will be paid before November 1 , 201 8, and a one-off payment is welcome.
Otherwise, the organizer will consider it abandoning the exhibition, and the
exhibitors will withdraw from the exhibition after registration, and the
participation fee will not be refunded.
B、 在确认展位后， 主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》； 手册包括展品运
输、 展台设计搭建、 旅行及住宿安排、 物品租用等有关信息， 参展商必须按要求
填写好手册中有关表格， 并于截止日 前交回主办单位。
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the “Exhibition Manual” to
the exhibitors; the manual includes information on exhibit transportation, booth
design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and rental
of items. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant manual as required. The form will
be returned to the organizer by the deadline.
C、 展位顺序分配原则;先申请、 先汇款、 先安排。 主办单位在收到展位费定金
后， 才能落实参展商所预定展位。
C. The principle of order allocation of booths; first apply, first remittance, and
arrange first. The organizer can only implement the booth reserved by the
exhibitor after receiving the deposit fee for the booth.
D、 参展方式： 贵单位如欲报名参展， 请向组委会索取《参展申请表》， 填写
后加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会。
D. Method of Participation: If you want to register for the exhibition, please ask
the Organizing Committee for the “Application Form for Participation”, fill it out
and stamp it with the official seal or fax it to the Organizing Committee.
